Yes, we know today is Monday and Saturday is four days away—Thursday marks the first, official Woodward Dream Cruise Day in the City of Detroit. Motown could use a good, positive diversion right about now and it will start with an afternoon game in our honor at Comerica Park as the Tigers take on the Blue Jays. Look for our president Dale Dawkins and Grand Marshal Troy Trepanier introduced during the game.
After the game, you’ll be able to check out classic cars and entertainment along Madison Avenue in front of the Opera House and DAC. Among the groups performing Thursday night between 4p and 10p will be RG Dempster & The Drivers, performing songs from our official Dream Cruise CD, as they open for headliner Rare Earth.
